This website is
designed for secure online purchasing. Use the 'Add to Cart' button
above each item and click the 'View Cart' button to complete your
order. You will then be directed to a secure Paypal page to pay via
Paypal.
If you do not
have a Paypal account once you have ordered the items then proceed to
checkout where you will then be given the option to pay by credit/debit card.
If you wish to
pay by cheque please contact me for my details and then just print off your order form when you have added
everything to your basket and send together with a cheque payable to 'C.
J. Graham' and include a delivery address. Please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear plus a further 5 working days for
delivery of goods.
All goods will be sent within
3 working days of
having received payment.
If you are
unhappy with any item you receive, please let me know within 48 hours of
receipt. If an item is not faulty but you wish to return it, you may do
so and I will refund you the cost of the returned item if it is in a
resaleable condition, postage charges will not be refunded.
Every care and
attention is made to ensure that goods reach you in immaculate
condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or
incorrectly supplied item then please notify me within 48 hours of
receipt and I will arrange either a refund or an exchange for the item.
