Postage and Terms This website is designed for secure online purchasing. Use the 'Add to Basket' button next to each item and click the 'View Basket' button to complete your order. You will then be directed to a secure Paypal page to pay by credit or debit card. All goods will be sent within 7 working days of having received payment except mosaic pictures which are made to order and therefore please allow 21 days from payment for delivery. If you wish to pay by cheque just print off your order form when you have added everything to your basket and send together with a cheque payable to 'C. J. Graham' and include a delivery address. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of receipt of the cheque plus a further 5 working days for delivery of goods. If you are unhappy with any item you receive, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. If an item is not faulty but you wish to return it, you may do so and we will refund you the cost of the returned item if it is in a resaleable condition, postage charges will not be refunded. Every care and attention is made to ensure that goods reach you in immaculate condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrectly supplied item then please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange for the item. Delivery Up to £30.00 - postage is £4.00 £30.01 - £50.00 - postage is £6.00 £50.01 - £75.00 - postage is £8.00 £75.01 - £100.00 - postage is £10.00 £100.01 and up - postage is £12.00 Items will be sent by recorded delivery. Prices are for postage and packing (p & p) to the UK only. Recycled packaging is used as much as possible. If you wish an item to be sent abroad please contact us and we will let you know the cost. |
